Policy

Transformational results are not linear, nor are they always immediately measurable. The coaching journey often creates subtle, cumulative, and sometimes unconscious shifts that reveal their full impact over time. Because of the deep nature of this work — and the mutual commitment required — all sales are final once the coaching agreement is signed and payment is made.

 

We do not offer refunds, in full or in part, for coaching services or programs, including missed sessions or early termination by the client. Your registration and payment are a sign of your commitment to yourself and to the coaching process, which I take seriously.

I am committed to holding a high standard of service and creating a safe, empowered space for your growth and transformation. If at any point you have questions or concerns, I welcome open communication to address them constructively.

You may request a copy of the full coaching agreement and policies at any time.

 

Discretion clause

In exceptional circumstances, partial credit toward extra sessions or a future program may be considered at the sole discretion of the coach. This is not guaranteed and will be evaluated case-by-case. If such an agreement is made, the Engagement Letter will be amended to reflect the new Agreement.
