Coaching services are not sold directly through this Site. If you wish to participate in a coaching program, you must first complete an application and a discovery call with us. This process ensures that we are a good fit to build a strong coaching relationship and achieve the best possible results. Upon mutual agreement, you will receive an Engagement Letter outlining the terms, scope, and fees for your specific coaching program. Only after signing that Engagement Letter and making payment (via invoice or secure link) will your participation be confirmed.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, images, logos, videos, and program materials, is the property of UpFrequency Coaching or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
